Words can't express the extraordinary hunt I experienced with Ty Miller and El Fuerte Outfitters in Baja Mexico. Not only did I have one of the best hunts of my lifetime, it was the elation and joy in my heart of fulfilling a lifelong dream of completing my Grand Slam with a bow!! The most memorable part of my trip was spending quality time with my brother, experiencing the true old Mexican culture, and making new friends with the Mexican families I adopted. I will treasure this time for the rest of my life.

Well two for two on desert sheep with Ty and his crew. What is even more spectacular was this ram and his horns. Not your typical desert but how many full curl sheep can a guy get. This ram is special and another amazing hunt on the Baja. Again Ty takes all the kinks out of hunting in Mexico. When we had a hard time getting flights out of Canada to Loreto, he made plans to pick us up in Cabo. When we had a hard time coordinating the hunting dates, he rearranged his schedule for us. When I asked if I could have some of the same guides as were with me on my first hunt, he rearranged his crew. Another great hunt with a very professional and accommodating outfitter. On my way to the second bow hunting slam. I have never met an outfitter with higher bow hunting success.

Had a wonderful hunt
that capped off a Cinderella season for the
outfitter Ty Miller, Elfuerte Outfitters. They
killed 4 rams with 4 permits with three of them were
bowhunters. When Ty came up with the permit late in
the season I almost didn't go because I figured the
odds of him going 3 for 3 on bowhunters would be
improbable. By luck I had looked into his outfit and
all his references checked out well. Glad I went.
Ty's is a ''local'', his contacts and rapport with
the residents of Loreto, the Ejido people and the
band leaders, make it smooth sailing in hunting
Mexico. Anyone who can get you on a ram at eight
yards has to be good. The time we spent enjoying
Loreto after the hunt was simply amazing. He has a
great hunt in an outstanding setting. I will be

I can recommend Ty Miller's El Fuerte Outfitters with complete confidence. Ty's attention to detail is evident in every aspect of my hunt-from paperwork and permits before the hunt, phone updates as the hunt approached, to pick and delivery at the airport. He even emailed my wife to let her know I had arrived! His guides are passionate about sheep hunting and personable. When it comes to bow hunting Borrego Cimarron in Mexico, I know I made the right choice. I came home with a great ram, great memories and many new friends. Thanks Ty.

I arrived at El Fuerte's Agua Verde camp and
didn't have time to get unpacked before the guides had located three stalkable
rams! I probably saw about 45-50 sheep in 4 1/2 days and about thirty of those
were rams. I had four separate stalk opportunities in those 4 1/2 days. The
guides are excellent, and if you take the time to learn a few Spanish words and
phrases, it will add to the experience immensely. At the time I completed my
hunt, El Fuerte Outfitters had guided seven separate archers for desert bighorn
sheep. Six of those archers filled their tags, and the seventh archer had at
least three separate shot opportunities.

I was totally impressed with El Fuerte Outfitters.
The guides were all hard working and dedicated real people. In the 14 days I was
there. I met a lot of new friends and some I feel I have known all my life. I
saw over 50 sheep in 4 days and I harvested my Ram on the 4th day of the hunt. I
am very thankful for all that Ty , his guides and connections have done to make
this dream of harvesting a Desert Bighorn come true. I would highly recommend El
Fuerte Outfitters. Thanks Ty Miller !!!!!

Ty Miller owner of El Fuerte outfitters did a
great job organizing the hunt and all of the permits. But getting to hunt and
live with the Mexican guides was a great cultural experience, plus I love the
food. It’s hard to believe that I have taken all 28 North American big
game species with a bow. I have always loved new challenges and adventures. With
a little planning, a lot of time, some hard headed determination and some help
from some great people it can be done.

I wanted to thank you for the great sheep hunt
With Bobby t job. With every thing. And your
Mexican hunters were great! Very knowable and very nice guys. The country was
very rugged and beautiful. And seem to hold a good number of mature rams. I have
been on over 30 desert sheep hunts in the last 25 years and this was as good as
it gets for the hole experience. Also being able to accommodate a bow hunter in
Mexico is a great undertaking. Thank you.

El Outfitters impressed me with the
numbers and quality of the rams we saw. The guides were all hardworking and
passionate about helping their clients fulfill their quest for one of the most
sought after trophies in N.America. I would feel comfortable referring Ty Miller

Having hunted every
big game species in North America, and most of them
more than once, my fondest memories still come from
my time hunting in the S. Baja with El Fuerte
outfitters. Had I known how honest and hard working
Ty Miller is and what a great experience his hunts
offer I definitely would have booked years before I
did. If I didn't believe in his continued ability to
provide fantastic hunts I wouldn't keep sending my
bowhunting buddies down there. I can hardly wait for
my next trip.

I arrived in camp on the first
day expecting nothing but a group of guys trying to
set up camp and looking desperately for sheep.
Instead I found the opposite. A camp totally
organized and needing my immediate attention. Guides
Jose, Victor, Juan Antonio and Kiki already had rams
spotted! Ty just laughed carelessly exiting the
vehicle, business as usual for the El Fuerte camp. I
couldn’t be more impressed. During the seven days
that I hunted sheep with El Fuerte Outfitters, I
counted well over 50 sheep and 18 mature rams. Eight
of which were absolute trophy quality. I shot my ram
on the seventh day after a long evening stalk that
will go down as the most memorable hunting
experience of my life. This was my second sheep with
El Fuerte Outfitters. Ty and his Guides are in my
opinion the best in Baja Mexico.
